BARIUMA RAMEN - SETIABUDI ONE, JAKARTA


Hi guys, well.. this is our first post and we are so excited to share what we experience during the dining. We always prioritize to try the signature dish of the restaurant so that we know what they able to offer and differentiate them with other food establishment.

Happened around Setiabudi One, we visited Bariuma Ramen for lunch. I believe this is their branch originated from Hiroshima, Japan and already have few spot here in Jakarta. We choosed to try the Pork Flavoured Shoyu Soup Ramen (Signature Dish)

The soup taste was so bold and flavorful, like most ramen, top with one sliced grilled thick cut chashu and one soft half cooked boiled egg. Noodles are smooth and has a good texture. Chashu is tender and has this charcoal aroma. But on top of all, the soup indeed was the hightlight of the day. Oh, dont worry for you who are non pork eater they also serve chicken, and they differentiate the cutleries too.

We also ordered chicken gyoza to accompany the ramen, but we didn't manage to get a shot, but overall taste is good, outer layer is crispy and meat was juicy.

Conclusions: With a bold broth that they offer, the ramen will spark the mouth once the first sip into the mouth. Great great flavors.
